Exchanges and Cancellation

 

We at Bub Necessities understand that online shopping can be a little bit tricky, however, change of mind or cancellation of orders are only refunded within 2 days after placing an order, unless it has already been dispatched for delivery. Please email us immediately at bubnecessities@gmail.com for exchanges or cancellation.

 

Damaged Goods

 

Products are closely inspected before it is sent out for delivery. In the rare event that you received a faulty product, please send us a photo of the item and it's description at bubnecessities@gmail.com within seven days after it has been delivered. The item and proof of purchase should be returned within 14 days. It will then be inspected once it has been received and a notification will be sent via provided email whether it is approved or not. A refund or replacement will then be processed once approved.
